1. Can I order without a credit card?

2. Do I have to put my credit card number on the Internet?

A. With today's technology, placing a credit card order via the Internet is much safer than many traditional uses of your card. 3. What is your return policy?

A. We will replace any product damaged by shipping. Our general return policy is 30 days, 100% refunded.

5. When will I receive my package?

6. What is a hybrid CD-ROM?

A. A hybrid CD-ROM operates on numerous platforms. INNOVA's CD-ROMs operate on Windows 2000, Windows 95/98, Windows 3.x, Power Mac, and Macintosh.

 
7. Is my order secure?

A. Netscape Navigator 3.0 or higher and Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher offer secure transactions. Make certain that you have the security features for your browser turned on.
