• Identify and match opposite words.

Activity

• Prepare cards with opposite words such as big, little, fast, slow, etc.

• Arrange the students in groups of five.

• Using the cards as a memory or concentration game, spread them face down on the floor or on a table.

• Have students take turns, drawing two cards at a time, to find pairs of matching opposite words.

• The game ends when all the cards have been matched.
