Irregular Plurals

The student will be able to:

- recognize plurals -es and other irregular plurals. 

Activity:
 
- Prior to having the students participate in this activity, it would be advisable for the   teacher to review the irregular plurals:  -es,  -ies,  -ves,  and plurals that do not have   an "s" ending.  


  In this activity the students are required to use irregular plurals to write sentences.   (Attached Worksheet)
 



Assessment:

- Circulate and  observe as each student completes the Irregular Plurals worksheet .

- Collect and correct the worksheet to ascertain each child's understanding of irregular   plurals.
