developing INNOVA Multimedia Ltd. as a growth
oriented company. His duties encompass the
provision of administrative support, a
responsibility to the Company's marketing efforts
and acting as the primary liasion with
publishers, customers and financial institutions.

John writes INNOVA Multimedia Ltd.'s programs,
and works closely with the content providers,
consultants, programmers, and artists, utilizing
a team approach. He leads the decision making
process for interface, storyboard and screen
designs. He also writes scripts for voiceovers,
provides narration, tests programs (Alpha and
Beta), and in conjunction with marketing, designs
covers for CD jackets.

Sheldon Parsons

Sheldon is a self taught artist whose skills have
helped give INNOVA Multimedia Ltd.’s Whale
products a distinctive and original appearance.
Sheldon has experience in designing graphics for
publishing purposes in addition to programs. He
is knowledgeable in layout design and Fractal
Painter, Adobe PhotoShop, Corel Suite, Corel
Motion and Dream 3D. Sheldon teaches 2D Design
and Animation at the College of the North
Atlantic, in addition to creating graphics and
animations for INNOVA Multimedia.

Shane started with INNOVA in 1996. He is
experienced in using Macromedia Director, Sound
Forge XP and Asymetrix Digital Video Producer.
Duties related to authoring include Project
Planning, Story Boarding, Interface Design,
Script Writing, Sound Authoring, Sound Editing,
Sound Recording, Software Beta Testing, etc.
Additional responsibilities include network
administration, troubleshooting, hardware and
software installation, CD-Burning and technical
support.

Steve is a self taught artist who has
successfully completed a 2 year Multimedia course
at The College of the North Atlantic. Steve has
experience working in a variety of design
programs such as Fractal Painter, Adobe
PhotoShop, 3D Studio Max and Animator Pro. At
INNOVA, Steve is busy designing graphics for
programs such as Rocks and Minerals, Orientation
to Apprenticeship and our A WHALE of a TALE
series.
